The Mechanical Engineering Department was added in 1999, with the installation of a spacious and well-equipped mechanical workshop where our engineers can carry out examinations and provide a precise diagnosis. Our offices can receive, store and examine specimens of different sizes.

Moreover, our experts can travel promptly to a site where an accident/incident occurred and perform laboratory tests to ascertain or reproduce failures. We can fulfill your needs for an objective investigation on the origin and cause of losses in the following fields, among others:

• Fires of machinery or industrial equipment;
• Explosions or leaks;
• Defects, failures or mechanical breakages;
• Hydraulic or pneumatic equipment;
• Tests of industrial equipment;
• Reconstructions of accidents and events occurring in the work place.
