A member of the Ordre des ing\u00e9nieurs du Qu\u00e9bec, he holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in metallurgical and materials engineering, obtained in 1994 from \u00c9cole Polytechnique de Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n<p>Fran\u00e7ois has over 25 years of experience in metallurgy and processes, both in the aerospace and industrial sectors. Over the years, he has acquired extensive knowledge in various manufacturing and repair processes for metallic components. He is particularly specialized in welding, brazing, heat treatment, surface treatment, metallization, machining, and forging.
