A member of the Ordre des ing\u00e9nieurs du Qu\u00e9bec, he holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in civil engineering from Universit\u00e9 Laval, obtained in 2008.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the civil engineering department, Julien-F\u00e9lix conducts analyses on issues related to water infiltration, drainage systems, soil and foundation stability, plumbing installations, as well as the analysis of compliance with building standards and upgrading of standards. His expertise includes building envelope analyses, hydraulic assessments of site developments and civil structures, analysis of infrastructure damage caused by soil instability, hydrological analyses of climatic events, and qualitative analyses of construction materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, he worked in water resource management and in the quality control of construction materials.
