Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Frédérick Larochelle joined Pyrotech BEI as a forensic expert (mechanical engineer). A member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, he holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Université de Sherbrooke, obtained in 2013.

Within the mechanical engineering department, Frédérick conducts investigations on the causes of incidents and failures involving road vehicles and mechanical equipment.

Frédérick previously worked on heavy road vehicle design and on a wide variety of projects for manufacturing companies, most of them in the pulp and paper industry.

In his spare time, Frédérick enjoys taking care of his family. He is passionate about alpine skiing and endurance sports.
