Master’s Degree in Organic Chemistry

Aurélie Regnaud joined Pyrotech BEI as a forensic expert (chemist). A member of the Ordre des Chimistes du Québec, she holds a master’s degree in organic chemistry from McGill University, obtained in 2013.

Previously, Aurélie specialized in the synthesis of emulsion polymer and their production launch on an industrial scale. Having worked in the field of chemical products for construction, she developed various types of latex (vinyl, vinyl versatate, vinyl acrylic, acrylic, and styrene acrylic) and participated in the formulation of these emulsions in various construction products, including paint, sealants, mastics, adhesives, and waterproofing membranes.

In her spare time, Aurélie enjoys spending time with her family and preparing delicious desserts for everyone.
