Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Concentration in Computer Engineering)

Jason Montambeault joined Pyrotech BEI in 2005 as a forensic expert (electrical engineer). A member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, he holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, concentration in computer engineering, from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, obtained in 2003.

Director of the electrical engineering department, Jason also conducts investigations on the origin and cause of fires in commercial and industrial buildings, as well as electrical failures and cases of electrisation or electrocution. He holds a gas certificate of competency, category 101, issued by Emploi Québec, and is also recognized as an expert witness in court.

Passionate about sports and music, Jason spends his free time jogging, cycling, and playing soccer in organized leagues.
